Daroo serverfiles quest problem >>>!!!<<<

Hello guys i'm use daroo serverfiles it's all normal in game but when i want to add a new quest the quest never works i allways do the same steps..!!!

STEPS:
1. download the quest (ussually is .txt file)
2. i edit the file and save the file as .quest (all type file)
3. open my server
4. write on vb the /etc/rc.d/netif restart command
5. i copy the file into /usr/home/share/game/locale/quest
6. i add the quest in quest_list and save
7. reboot
8. the quest dosen'n work
please advice me and tell me if i make any mistake

Thereafter, you have to execute

Code:

cd /usr/home/game/share/locale/germany/quest && python make.py

for compiling the quest(s).

yeah i forgot to say that i did that too but still nothing:/ actully im doing
cd /usr/home/game/share/locale/germany/quest i press enter ant then
python make.py i dont know if dose it matter i waiting for your asnwer and thanks..!!
