And in XenoCore when I set my public IP it doesn't work, but when I set it local it works fine.. Does anyone knows how to solve it ? (my ports are open) "Error code bind 10049"..

Seams like you've got an error in any sql statement.
Something like string handling (using "PreparedStatements" or smth like this) should fix this.
