Problem With SQL SERVER

Hi,

I have a problem with my sql server, when I want to create a new character that told me, "this name is already used", I must return to the choice of the cannal and then when I returned to the selection of the character, my character is created, but sometimes it's a girl in the body of a man (head of female, body Male) and when I selected the character a window say "the connection can not be established"

I have some error in the server folder.

use another database... 2012 database is buggy

Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.TASKBAR_TBL' with unique index 'TASKBAR_ID1'.

Its trying to put in an key that already exist in the TASKBAR_TBL. Check your tables.

It could be that you manualy deleted in character inside CHARACTER_TBL if that is the case you need to delete more data in different Tables.

I added the 3rd class, and the character can no longer, connect.
its just come from where? SQL SERVER or my source?
when adding a system source-we must add something on SQL server?
