Need a little HELP! again

Hello all!
I need someones help again.
I got a new database in the days but i've got some problems with it.
The first and the biggest problem: "Server under maintance or problem with the connection."

This isn't my first server so i'm not too dumb.

I already changed these datas.
Everything must be good, but they aren't.

Probably TLogin/TClient. (in source) .

I think you have wrong services. If it not problem from service - tclient.
