What is this ProgressHp.rgn, ProgressMp.rgn, and ProgressXp.rgn? What can be used to open these files and are they of any use?

i'm not particularly sure what those files are for exactly, but hp/mp/xp are all serverside so all you could do with those files is edit how your client displays them.

I took a quick look at it. I'm not sure what it does, so you'll have to tell me, but it looks like it's just a binary file. It's not encrypted in any way. The first 4 bytes is the length of the file. My guess is that it's just how the client fills in the xp, mp, and hp fields in the client interface (nothing important).
