Problem with S4Client.exe

Hi everyone ! :)

Today, i have a problem with my S4Client.exe, I need to launch it but there's an error : [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] (screenshot)

My OS : Windows 8

I've tried to launch as admin but same error !
(Sorry for my bad english :x )

Ofc S4Client.exe will give you this error,
You must launch Patcher_S4.
