Cheat Engine requires disk check?

Im currently using Cheat Engine 5.5 with global unpacked dekaron 32.83.6, and Neublar's launcher 1.41. Everything worked fine this afternoon, but now when i try to open the unpacked dekaron using CE, i get an error message about a missing disc from the drive. does this mean i need to use a different CE, or a different unpacked?

A missing disc?...Can you take a SS please?
That doesn't sound like it has anything to do with dekaron, unless you store your dekaron files in a separate drive from your computer's main drive/storage.
