[HELP] Andromeda.

Hello Guys,
i need help on the privat serv Andromeda.

My problem is, i can do everything on the website, but don't come on the Space map. Every time i get "connection lost".
I have deleted cache, restarted my computer, (...)

I hope someone can help me.
