i try to uninstall it same :S and Repair Same

Download libraries...all of em. It's clearly just missing some.

You need to install the MS Visual Studio Library: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Make sure those libraries are updated as well as your .NET Framework Libraries.
