Do TQ detect us from opening a private server together with original client?

Well, I got 1 Day ban from them because I edit the conquer.exe to make it open multi-client, while I know the reason, I ask them why I am banned, so they give me warnings, and 1 warning says, "Don't open a Private Server/Don't install a Private Server", I know that this is illegal(for them) but whatever.

My question is just like in the title, How do they detect us from opening a Private Server client? or do they really detect?

When you open conquer, it sends antibot reports to TQs server. If it receives them and you aren't currently connected to their server they will of course know that you are playing a pserver and can match up ip/mac address to track down main accounts.

Not saying that's how they did it in this case but I wouldn't be surprised. It'd be easy to do for them.

just block every connection other than 5816 and 9959/9958 and tq wont recieve any data from your client, but it will still work on ur private server.
