Sox drop rate

Hello guys
I wanted to make the rate little higher but when i edit _RefDropClassSel_RareEquip it doesn't change at all ,but when i set the rarity=3
the rate is too high even when i set a low rate in the dropclass.
I really appreciate help .

You could always try lowering the server drop rate and increasing the DB drop rates for everything but the SOX items. But the method you posted technically should work... what is the rate you're setting in the dropclass?
