[Help Please] Translate Symbol

Hi! can someone tell me the right software to translate the symbol in DB and .ini file example: ÏÔʾÔÚ¿ :handsdown:

u cant use softwares to translate , u better translate CQ_Action manually
because using softwares will make the words missed up and doesn't make any sense

then how to translate those words? wat tranlator can translate is?

You can use Systrans, and as for what Dani has said you could still make sense from what they say. It's just a matter of being able to understand poor english.

This could be put into real english as to

i just give it a example... cause those words it in db cq_action and i want to translate to english... but what did u used(language) to translated into chinese word?

because the web u give me it not translate symbol in db here another example i try to translated "ÀÍâ¹ÒÌáʾ"

Put Auto Detect and translate to english. that's all..

it doesnt work, the symbols you copy, converted to another letters, not chinese, google cant translate it..

you need to use firefox for my php to translate it, that's only browser that can display more encodings on one page.

I have tried this fix firefox and it worked 100%, and in just 50 minutes i have translated the whole 154 pages of my cq_action, obviously only 23 out of 154 had to be translated but of well, even tho...when its translated by google from chinese it doesn't make full sentences but it at least translated it into english and if you read it thrugh it does makes sence.

Acctually i believe credits goes to forcer... i believe i got the website from him...
