Hey when i open msgserver or NPCserver it's show that error

database open failed

or can some1 tell me how to made server V9059

Then, what's the problem?
I don't see any problem there.
Except the fact that you're trying to run a compiled server, not done by you, illegal and so fucking easy to setup. If you can't figure out the error just by reading it, please, quit.
I will give you 1 tip, 3 files you should check.

The problem from what i seen is niether of that but a lack of a MYSQL service being run.

Yep, firstly it's good to check if the MySQL service is up and running

everything is good only that msgserver and NPCserver wont work

can some1 come team viwer and see it ?

Obviously it is not good, otherwise you wouldn't have any trouble.

Maybe you're doing the wrong question

Make sure your database name is 'zf'.
