iARAM for 5.11

Since so many people are complaining about iARAM not being updated or not working. I decided to release a working 5.11 iARAM.

Its written so it can be easily edited to your personal preference, Right click on the .lua, and click open with > Notepad to edit.

Dont edit anything you're not sure about!

today 5.13 is rolling out so who cares anymore i think he wont update it anymore
