TCTRL Failed to connect server

Hey, i have source (i build TCTRL)
And when i start the service, i try to connect on happy and i get:
''Faille to conncet server''
Where it's can be probably ? On source ? if yes, where please? :rtfm:

Because he haven't a solution...

Your IP in configuration file, it's 127.0.0.1 or you private IP adresse like "192.168...." ??

Ok, on TPROTOCOL but where exactly? where i need to check it?

Im pretty sure you have changed bases and havent recompiled happy. Go to tserver->tools -> happy.sln and rebuild it!
