There is just one way hacking Elsword with using the Lua language -> Moon Loader

but you need to have Lua experience for using it. Its not like modding a Lua file, you use functions YOU need to write to change the things. Its complicated as fuck, so...
I dont think there is any solution for you to hack with Luas other than Moon Loader
