What is this ! ? Weapon Problem

Hello there ,
I have a problem I don't know what is this..
I added weapons D14 changed their names to D11 and import in Data.pk2
Weapons work but I saw it White color only +0

Second problem ..
I can't write in notice only commands work no notice ! ( Silkroad V1.265 Files )
SSE v4.2

third problem sorry :D ..
the game never save items (U have to spawn items every time you login)
