EDIT ITEMTEMPLATE.INI [how does it work on webzen?]

Hy all,

i've tried to edit the itemtamplate.ini from Webzen AL. But ingame the names of the objects (armor, uniqs...) are not changed.

I did the same way as on CM AL. Tried to change realm-armor-names for example:

XXX KNIGHT BOOTS POISON XXX instead of boots of alph

and so on...

But like I allready said: Ingame is the original name!

Did anyone also try it? Does someone have a solution for this!?

Thx
Tommy

didnt try yet,
And if u did the same thing and it doesnt work @ webzen, then u might think about the fact it has become something that now is server..

Didnt tested yet but i noticed, there is a new file called itemtemplateentry.ini. Maybe u have to change the names on both files - itemtemplate and itemtemplateentry.
Also maybe u have to change in itemdatatable too or just on of the files.
I dont have the time atm for this kind of stuff.

Thx for the answers!

I dont hope that it is serverside now. I will do some more tests next time and I will try with other ini-files. But normaly I am noob in those things. Whish me luck XD

krunx go stand in the corner and be ashamed of urself, and i DONT want to see a reply from u on what i said. PERIOD.

i dont think its server sided(why would it?)
i think u can still change it, but the way in wich it has been written or in wich was it has to be decoded, i think there is where the challenge lies.

Nope, the game is server sided so you can't change anything on there.
