Okay guys, I had an idea....Instead of complicating things with a 3rd party program to autopatch for us. Why doesn't one of you rewrite it?
I would do it myself, but I don't know how to write programs. Only macros
So here is my idea... BEWARE It's written in the way it would be if it were a macro

Get current_version into %N1%
use downloadsite1
Get %N1%.exe into /
Get KBps into %N2%
If %N2% = > 20
delete %N1%.exe
use downloadsite2
Get %N1%.exe into /
Get KBps into %N3%
If %N3% = > 20
delete %N1%.exe
use downloadsite3
Get %N1%.exe into /
Get KBps into %N4%
If %N4% = > 20
delete %N1%.exe
Compare %N2%, %N3%, %N4%
If %N2% = > %N3% or %N4% use downloadsite1
If %N3% = > %N4% or %N2% use downloadsite2
If %N4% = > %N2% or %N3% use downloadsite3
