Looking for a good EUW Account [Gold, a lot of Champs]

I am looking for an EUW Account. It should be at least Gold (V). I prefer a lot of champs. I don't care about skins.
I SHOULD come with reg. Email and all other informations to recover the account.
Do not even write me if you have less then 15/0/0.
