I'd like to trade my unranked account on NA for an account on EUW since my ping on NA is 200ms.
The account is not botted (most recent game from 14th September, which was before the last ban wave), thus I'm looking for an EUW account that isn't botted either.
The account has 18 Champions and was never ranked before. There are 400 RP and 2363 IP left, including an 8 win IP boost.
I would also accept PayPal money in exchange for the account, but I'd prefer an EUW account.
