I'd do main story quests (quest icon border has a flame-shaped edge) as a priority.

Do your dungeon roulette every earth day, it has a large bonus so the whole thing is close to a full level. You can grind exp or quests while you wait for your queues to pop.

Also always log out in a sanctuary (town/safe zone) to build your XP bonus meter.

Do you need a Recruit a friend code? It will get you free items like mounts and stuff!
