I still do not really understand,what this programm is for
I have to admit,that i didn´t understand any of the description.
But i suppose that´s because im a noob ^^

It is a configuration to increase FPS and other things to increase performance.

You need to install it in full Counter strike path as patch.

You can test it on any non-steam or steam counter strike 1.6 game.

Nop, i wanted to create, but i don't have too much time and so on... If i will check cs:source more then maybe i will create one for cs:s too :)
