There are good tutorials which are working to 100%.
It seems like that you haven't followed them step by step, since those are idiotic proof based tutorials.
If you cannot handle those tutorials, you shouldn't start/continue with SRO then. Open a HalloKitty or Flyff server instead. The 1-Click-Host bs.
