Need a little help

im new here. how do i gain lvls here? like lvl 1-lvl 2 lvl 2-lvl 3? is there an english help site or file here?????????

Fataladmin this site can not be shut down. Sorry to tell you the only thing we have that COULD get us in trouble is the file backup section because those are accutall CO files. Other then that. Nothing can come of this.
