SJSRO Connection Problem

He is using an updated pk2, it works for everyone else, his firewall is off nad ECSRO works for him, he redownloaded the client 3 times and it will not show servers are online. Anyone know a fix?

Just to add a little more
Running windows Vista Home Premium
Ran as admin and in windows XP SP2
been doing this after installing and playing Tsro
broken for about 4 months.

You are sure u are not using ECSRO files right? cause its a different version.
Maybe your IP was banned and you will keep getting Check, after the re open of SJSRO lots of USA & Europe IPs were banned, maybe you are one of the IPs, try connecting via Proxy.
