Banned?

I logged into my darkorbit account through my computer and got an error like this: .darkorbit.bigpoint.com/ProjectApi/Authentication?authUser. I then installed and VPN and managed to login to the account. What does this mean? Does this mean i am ip banned or what?

Clear cache and cookies and try again. And if u use proxy , disable it.
