Sorry the NHC bot has been down the past few days unfortunatly , NHC himself confirmed the bot would be ready 1 day after the patch, but he couldnt do it and we are still waiting almost 1 week after I guess he just took longer than he should had patching it up.Quote:
Ok, so from Wednesday 3/6/2015 when I order from him a level up account from 23 level to 30 level and 5 referrals level 10 until now Monday they are 6 Days! And no process, 0 games played and 0 invited request in referral where to speak and to hit level 10.. Because I wouldn't like to trade negative TBM cause you are unresponsive and you told me 1-2 days because you have Jobs or because the bot crashed... Well I don't care for your reason sorry , they are 6 days now. if you are taking too many orders and you can't complete them is your problem. You don't response in Skype as before until you took the money. So I would like to cancel my order and to full refund me the money with 'family & friends" as I did in PayPal. Update: 9/6/2015 Today after 7 days start to level up the account. Lets see how it goes.. 0 invitations still for the referrals.
Update: 9/6/2015 He played few games on level up account , very slow level up and all looses, and not buying items on the matches and it's kinda obvious that it is getting botted, so I changed the password cause I am afraid to don't get some ban and I would like to cancel my both orders. Referral has 0 invitations still. So I guess it will not be problem to refund me the money cause I don't like to trade negative TBM as I said before. I will update if he will refund me. I also text you and in skype but I got no answer. Thank you
Update: 13/6/2015 So, finally he had some problem with his bot program and couldn't finish my order. At least today he full refunded me the money. So it's ok

I ordered from GamersVice 48 hours ago. I ordered an Unranked Level 30 Acc with 50k+ip. He informed me that my order will take a few hours (3-5 hours).
After waiting 24 hrs, I message him asking for an update on my order. No response. I message him again asking about the account and for an update throughout the day. Still no response and no account. 48 hours later, i ask for an update. No response. This is all through Skype messaging. I have screenshots if anyone needs.
Im okay with waiting as long as I know whats going on. GamersVice hasn't informed on why my order is being delayed or if I am even getting it.
I hope that he responds back to me here. He was friendly but with the lack of communication, I feel very uncomfortable with this purchase. Ill understand if he has to give me an full refund. I want this problem to be resolved.

Update: He contacted me and apologized. The problem was resolved. Like I said..i know hes a trusted seller and a great shop. Just the lack of communication was worrying. I would recommend seller. Very friendly and professional.

And even if I changed the password I didn't login in game to stop you, so the much will continue normally. The results are the same in all matches. But before I change password I checked in op.gg if it is in game and wasn't. Whatever.
