Could you reupload VirusTotal scan? SHA256 hash is incorrect.

I have all prerequisites up to VC13. What should I do? I pressed insert many times, I'm not a nab! :confused:

Doesnt Work it just open like an exe but when i start cf wont load in to the game i have everything needed installed though

still no work for me after i start it.
I start cf and then go to server then open hack or when should i open hack ?
