Software for script editor?

Hi guys, im just tired of waiting for other pvp'ers to release edited scripts for GC PH.

Might as well give it a try,

Ive searched the forum but i cant seem to download those which are already posted.

can someone please provide me the following:
1. KOM Extractor
2. KOM editor/software/programming language...whatever
3. KOM repacker

Dont know if this are all, if not, please tell me so i can study them asap.
