Guild wars ID's of items, effects, etc

I am a newfag lookin' that's trying to get into the coding.
I managed to find some ID's of items, but it didn't include all of them.

I am requesting assistance for information on Item ID's, Effect ID's, and then any other ID's that can be good to know as a coder.
