Menu Screen messed up

Someone please help!

got the server to run but 2 things are wrong

first the screen is messed up with words all over the place.

second, when i press Start to enter the galaxy nothing happens

You already asked on [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. Is this necesary?
