Failed to connect to server c4

I recently downloaded hellkings database and client in the download section (Divine sro) and when i run client it comes up with this error failed to connect to server c4

I have SQL2012
Client ver. 309


I tried ver 188 but char level won't go pass 110 and everytime i go near NPC it crashes

"Go near NPC and the client crashes", Then maybe you have to check the lines & data in the client side?

check your client & server version it's must be same
