Making Private server Silkroad.. Need help:)

i will make a private server of silkroad because the worlds are always full.
I dont know how to start. I need programs but dont know how to find it and what i need. If you can post the prorgamms here and help me, i will let you play on my private server and give you what you want. i bougth a new compter for running this server.:) i hope you people will help me for making a good private server!
