If all, delete the 3deffect.ini, if some specific, look in my sig you will find a few of the codes.

Create an empty file called 3DEffect.dbc inside your Conquer2.0 -> ini folder.

Credits to someone whose name I can't remember. You can find it if you search for "3DEffect" or something like that though :)

If you want to reverse the changes, you need to download one of the newest patches that contain a 3DEffect.dbc :)
