server startup commands remove[Hex]

is there anyway to remove the commands needed on server startup for ps_game and ps_login in hex?

/vchkoff --> Address 0044D488 - sets Value: 01 00 to: 00 00

PS_Game.exe
/nprotectoff --> Address 00541F7C - sets Value: 01 00 to: 00 00
