All right, first of all go to the Program class. Around the 10th line there should be a a void called Main.
You can change the path of your DataBase there.
You can also change the Text when loading the server.
Now, put the Database folder (OldCODB) to the place you used in the Program class and edit Config.ini change the IP to your IP (or if local 127.0.0.1), and CO folder to your CO folder. (Client must be patch 5119 of course.)
To add an account:
In the console type
/newacc *UserName* *PassWord*
This will make an NORMAL account (e.g. /newacc BannedUser IDontKnow)
if you want an GM or PM account type
/newacc *UserName* *PassWord* [GM]/[PM] (e.g. /newacc Admin IDontCare [PM])
This should work.
So, it should work now. You can try and find out how to change the welcome text and how to add NPCs, or if you have some experience, you can add things! I know this is a rather short guide, but that's what they requested me to make! =)
