How to Open .CHR file or how can i convert?

Hello how can i open .chr file for example

mvr_male.chr -Male Animated Character in flyff
and
mvr_female.chr - Female Animated Character in flyff


I want to import it to unity3d so may be ill just convert it. how?

It's completly in the Flyff Src.
