One thing, alright, I know that their are plenty of people trying to get you to download shit, which you kind of need to do, but half of them don't work. And if this does no work on your server, the reason is because it is 12 hours/account and IP NOW! the account is the bad thing, but if you have more than one account, I mean I guess it could be useful? If the vote items are BoE.
Well I'm going to give you SS's of my server (naxp) and show you how I did it. Alright, even if I voted every 12 hours, (which I only voted once.) thats 2x a day.. 2x30 = 60. However, this month, I have 600, meaning, I voted more than once every 12 hours.

Heres how I did it.
1. get Hotspot Shield, Proxy program, completely free, no virus. [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
2. Now, make an account on Naxp, you do not need any characters on it. You can make a character and exchange safely at service center.
3. Log in, the log in feature should be on the left of Naxpgaming.com under account. Go under vote panel. Where log in SHOULD be is where I put my paintshop.
4. Turn ON hotspot shield, vote a few times until it says you have already voted.j
5. Turn Hotspot Shield OFF and vote while it's turning off.
6. then turn Hotspot shield ON once more, and vote while it has the yellow screen on your lower right corner, or near where you time is.
7. Now keep voting. It should keep allowing you to.
NOW FEW THINGS TO PINPOINT, their is an easier way to do this than clicking, however I do not 100% know this, also if you have a way to stop that window from popping up, please tell, WHAT I DID IS -- I made it so it didn't make it into a new tab, because it automaticly comes as a new tab, so I just made it as new window, waited for them all to load, and closed them all. '
Also, I believe their is a bot that can make you click that thing like 200 times or something like that, not 100% sure..

There is a programm called Tformer.exe which can automatic every surf clicks, so automatic register accounts for you on a site or in this way automatic click on the votebuttons and close... you only have to write a macro by your own, explanations how to do this you will find ether on youtube or google.
I found it years ago, its realy usefull and nearly self explanating:
