hey maroki.

the problem is most guys running rohan servers don't know how to remove 110 content to make their servers pre-hero. capping level and removing skills is not enough. if you don't do the rest of it like removing hero maps, mobs and bosses, all you end up with is a crippled hero server.

I like to think of it as a non hero server on steroids.

What about mob levels?
