HELP ME PLEASE SQL PROBLEM

I am start Mysql server instal and coming this problem
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

First check if your window have "Service Pack 1,2,3" after dowload the Correct SQL.

This is the links:

SQL R2 SP1: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

SQL R2 SP2: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

SQL R2 SP3: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

it's recommended that you have formatted the pc to avoid problems.
