guys when i try to dual log-in in RF Equilibrium

i follow the steps,

after i run as and enter the other admin user and pass an error occured:(

"The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it."

pls help me with this thing :(

hey, make your accounts an administrator mode, and be sure to put passwords on it.

doesnt work for me, i created admin accounts and has passwords but i still get this error message,im using windows xp pro sp3

1st RF = Hide
2nd RF = Show
