Changing mail problem

Hello elitepvpers i have a little problem i can't change my email from my account. the verify code isnt coming in my inbox from my mail(the old one) the mail provider is web.de
If anyone could help me it would be great!

then you need to wait a long time^^ dont close your browser just wait till the Code is coming, I had the same problem I try it again and again but you need to wait, and sometimes with other accounts I try it and it is instantly send to me, be patient :)

sometimes there is a bug with the website, also check trash mail and etc, and try again later.
