Video problem

I got this problem when i try to play on a Pserver : .
Anyone knows the reason why is happening this ?

Only when recording? and with what program you are recording?

This is happening all the time, i recorded just to show you what`s happens. I recorded with fraps.
Still, any solution for this problem ?
Don`t think is my from my GPU.
