It seems that the GC Philippines Section can't answer my question. So i decided to post here.

Yesterday, I was able to play Grandchase with my NEW video card but now i can't.

the game does not support your 3dg.

What happened? I didn't do anything.

 Thanks

its because of your video card ..

3dg means 3D grapher ...

try to buy some cd like ati catalyst sapphire ..

install into your computer for better graphic ..

if you dont want to buy cd .. try to change your video card again ..

what`s the name of your video card today and the one your using before ..

It's GeForce 5500. 500MB i think.

And the one I'm using before is also GeForce But older version but in my previous video card. I was able to play GC for a long time.

Why is that? It's better than the old one.

do you have a software for that video card??

even if you install newer/higher video card

it will not work w/o a software, i think all video cards have a software included with it when you bought it??
