What's with this error?

Nung una ok pa naman pero nung inopen ko ulit launcher tagal lumabas then this error comes out?

I also have that too.Just today(November 28 ,2009)

I also cant open grand chase website,levelup website,and even the support.What do I do!!!

i also have this problem... i cant open my grand chase... i have 6 pc's and no one works...
what ISP you are using... im using smartbro... while other computer shop here are using digitel and their grand chase are working fine
