I have (2) Human Ryze Skin cards from an old Gamestop promotion.

I've done my research and know how rare these codes are and will only be taking offers via PayPal.

Due to the rarity of these codes - I will not negotiate trading methods. Once payment is received, the code will be sent to you by any means you wish and I will even mail the physical card to you.

Scammers are everywhere and like I said I have no problem providing proof. I used to sell these on Ebay but they are much more strict.

You're just making stuff up, when Riot Games deactivated all the codes Human Ryze was included.

This is not true as there are still other promotional codes that work.
(ex. Arclight Varus)

no, they are rigth. riot deactivated all old skin codes except the riot ward. skins like Arclight Varus are not rare, new and not deactivated.
