How to change NPC languange!!!! ;)

Hello everyone

i would like to ask you all how to change NPC languange?and where do i need to fix it what column and how?my NPC also weird when i click on NPC at gobidesert i click on market then it send me to Lottery...
imaooo...

so anyone can help me and guides me to fix this 2problems..
i sure some new eo maker also have this problems and hope with all your guides
can help me and the others...
