LoL Language Changer is an application by SmoothDev which allows to change the Language of the Client for almost any servers into any language you want, which is supported by Riot Games!

dont want to spoil this thread but there is far simpler way open locale.cfg- pick server close laucher set language start laucher anyways regrats didnt mean any harm

Thats exactly what the application does and no I guess for a "normal" user its not easier to edit the file by hand ;)
