My server does not synchronize with my database

Hello everyone,
I meet a concern for several days. The session my server does not synchronize with my database . We install and reinstall SQL , we removed our data to login again in another , check the .ini files and everything is normal. But still no way to start this session ... Hope any of you could help us.
